Located in the heart of historic downtown Winchester, Virginia, The Ivy Room is a charming two-level brick venue built in the early 1900s. With original brick, timeless flooring, and walls full of history, this little gem has become a place where new memories are made and celebrated.

Designed for intimate gatherings of up to 50 guests, The Ivy Room is ideal for micro-weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal & baby showers, and special social events. Outside food is welcome, and alcohol is permitted, giving you the flexibility to create an event that truly feels like your own.

It’s a space meant for slowing down, celebrating big moments, and making memories with the people who matter most. We’ll take care of the details so you can simply enjoy being together.

Our Services

  • Setup, Breakdown & Event Services

    We offer optional setup and breakdown services to help simplify your event, including décor styling, linens, tableware, centerpieces, and bartending support. Buffet setup, breakdown, and cleanup services are also available for an additional fee. Please note that food and alcohol are not provided. Pricing varies based on the size and scope of your event — please contact us for a custom quote.

    The Ivy Room offers access to our in-house décor rental collection, including candlelight accents, glassware, tableware, chargers, and more.

    We are also a full-service florist and are happy to create custom floral arrangements or décor to match your event style. Simply share your vision, and we’ll provide pricing based on your needs.

  • Children's Birthday Packages

    Our custom birthday party packages make planning easy. By bundling venue rental, décor, setup services, and optional add-ons, we help take the stress out of planning so you can relax and enjoy celebrating your child’s special day.
