Venue Pricing Packages

 Venue Capacity: Up to 50 guests total (Top & Bottom Levels combined)

Pricing is based on the total number of hours you would like to reserve the venue.

3 Hours – $250

4 Hours – $350

5 Hours – $450

8 Hours – $1,000 (Includes full access to both Top & Bottom Levels

Level Access Details

Standard venue rentals include access to the Bottom Level only.

The Top Level may be added to your reservation for a $200 flat fee, subject to availability.

The Top Level is also available to rent on its own, subject to availability.

Bottom Level (Included with Base Rental)

Setup for up to 32 guests (please let us know in advance if additional chairs are needed; for events exceeding this number, we recommend booking both levels to ensure guest comfort)

    •    2 bathrooms (1 wheelchair accessible)

    •    Kitchen / prep area

    •    4 - round tables (60”)

    •    1 8-ft buffet table

    •    1 6-ft rectangular table

    •    32 white chairs

    •    Mobile bar cart

    •    Wooden backdrop wall access

Top Level Only (Base hourly rental + $75 flat fee)

    •    Full access to the Top Level

    •    Partial access to the Bottom Level (kitchen and bathrooms only — no tables or chairs will be set up downstairs)

    •    Comfortable couches and loveseats

    •    Elegant stationary bar

    •    Stylish accent chairs and benches

    •    4–5 high-top tables with a mix of chairs and bar stools

Available Time Slots

Morning:       8:00am to 12:00pm

Mid-Day:        1:00pm to 5:00pm

Evening:         6:00pm to 11:00pm

Different time slots may be requested for packages of 5 hours or more.

Linens Rental

Please note: Table linens are not included with venue rentals but are available to rent for $16 per linen. Available colors include white, beige, and black.

Linen sizes:

  • Round tables (5 ft / 60”): 120” round (full drop) or 90” round (lap-length)

  • 8-ft buffet tables: 90” × 156” (full drop) or 60” × 120” (lap-length)
